Butter, softened

2 slices of white bread (or try brioche!)

1 ½ tablespoons of mascarpone cheese

1 ½ tablespoons of store-bought apple pie filling

1 tablespoon of our delicious creamy Original Fudge Kitchen Sea Salt Caramel Vanilla Fudge, cut into small pieces


  1. Spread some butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On the non-buttered side of one slice of bread, spread the mascarpone cheese and apple pie filling.
  3. Place the sea salt caramel vanilla fudge pieces on top of the mascarpone cheese and apple pie filling.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top so that the buttered side is facing outwards.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little more butter.
  6. Place the grilled cheese in the skillet and grill each side for 2-3 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
  7. Cut in half and enjoy!
