Ingredients:
Butter, softened
2 slices of white bread (or try brioche!)
1 ½ tablespoons of mascarpone cheese
1 ½ tablespoons of store-bought apple pie filling
1 tablespoon of our delicious creamy Original Fudge Kitchen Sea Salt Caramel Vanilla Fudge, cut into small pieces
Directions:
- Spread some butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice of bread, spread the mascarpone cheese and apple pie filling.
- Place the sea salt caramel vanilla fudge pieces on top of the mascarpone cheese and apple pie filling.
- Place the other slice of bread on top so that the buttered side is facing outwards.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little more butter.
- Place the grilled cheese in the skillet and grill each side for 2-3 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
