Pancakes with Maple Walnut Fudge Syrup


Your preferred boxed pancake mix

1 cup of our delicious creamy Original Fudge Kitchen Maple Walnut Fudge, cut into small pieces

1 teaspoon of maple syrup

Fresh fruit and powdered sugar to top pancakes (optional)


  1. Prepare pancake batter and cook the pancakes as directed on the box.
  2. Put the maple walnut fudge and maple syrup in a heatproof glass bowl and place the bowl over a pot of barely simmering water.
  3. Stir the fudge and maple syrup with a wooden spoon until they are melted and have a smooth consistency (the slower they are melted, the better the consistency will be).
  4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool briefly. Add a small splash of milk or cream to get a more fluid consistency, if necessary.
  5. Serve up the pancakes and drizzle the maple walnut fudge all over the pancakes.
  6. Top with fresh fruit and powdered sugar, if desired.
  7. Enjoy!
