Chocolate Fudge Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies


½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup packed brown sugar

½ cup peanut butter

½ cup butter, softened

1 egg

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

¾ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

Additional granulated sugar for rolling the cookie dough in

About 36 small pieces (about 1 teaspoon in size) of our delicious creamy Original Fudge Kitchen Chocolate Fudge


  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat ½ cup of granulated sugar with the brown sugar, peanut butter, softened butter and egg with an electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with a spoon, until well blended.
  3. Stir in the flour, baking soda and baking powder until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into 1-inch size balls; roll in additional granulated sugar.
  5. On ungreased cookie sheets, place about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Take out immediately and press 1 teaspoon (eyeball it) of our chocolate fudge into the center of each cookie.
  8. Let cool and enjoy!
